Poltical Defragmentaion




I never understood why we have designated parties that tuck us in to either voting for A or B. It may have made sense during that time but what it’s doing now is pitting not only the candidates but dividing, un-uniting the people of this country. I went through the motions for many years voting A then switched to B later on but then waived my right to vote at all which many feel waives my right to bitch about anything that goes on. Voting for someone you don’t believe in just for the sake of voting is pure bullshit and it sets people in office that should not be there. Firstly, I hate the setup of the party jackets, totally eliminate political parties and just vote on the best man or woman with the best plan.

  On all the talent shows the person with the best voice and ability to entertain is the winner. Should we not elect someone with a well laid out plan regardless of side of the fence they are? Let’s strip off the party jackets of the potentials and listen to them propels and stop being entertained by the slander and empty cheer leading. I also  hate hate hate being told I either have to register as an A or a B and be held to voting to an A or a B, I should be able to vote for whomever I want. If I don’t like the ass clowns in the party, I’m registered in I should be able to jump the fence and vote for someone that is the lessor of two evils which sadly is how most end up voting anyways.

   The entire system not just the potential candidates needs to be defragmented or even scrapped then rebuilt. Totally remove pitting parties and vote for the best man or woman with a well chiseled out plan not the highest likes or well-funded campaign.

Swallowing an Elephant

You know that joke/riddle How do you eat an elephant? A-One bite at a time. For most that seems to be the most logical. The elephant is quite large and nobody can just pop one in their mouth but oddly enough there are people out there that want you to over tax your system trying to get one down in one bite. Apparently, there are some lucky individuals out there who can unhinge their jaw and eat an elephant in one or two tries so that sets the bar for everyone else. I know the elephant swallowers are in high demand and get cut higher respect but I feel the nibblers are just as worthy. Breathing

When someone asks me how I am I usually respond with okay which means nothing bad or good is going on. When things aren’t so okay I reply with “I’m barely breathing” which means I’m highly stressed out over something. When I listen to meditation videos they always start out with deep breathing, at first, I thought it was kind of silly to concentrate so much on breathing. I also started to notice my breathing when I was stressed out or intensely involved in something. I have two destructive breathing patterns that take place, I either over breath or shallow breathe; sometimes I even subconsciously hold my breath. None of the three poor breathing methods make a happy functioning body. It’s funny to have to learn how to breath properly because it’s something we do automatically.    With some unknown allergies or on and off sinus issues I already face upper repertory struggles at times.
