Stars that are Now Hanging with Real Stars

I used to think when I was kid and teenager that the singers and actors I followed or liked were impervious to the common illnesses that seemed to plague everyone else. I recall being really upset over the break up of The Beatles, I couldn't understand why they couldn't work out their differences for fans like myself. They like every other band and or singer or actor that had me in the palm of their hand, had this mystique surrounding them. Perhaps, in some odd way I didn't want to lump them in the normal people section because to me they were special; some kind of demi-god.
The older I got and the more I read up on them I came to realize they were indeed normal when they were not drinking or drugging it up or getting into trouble. They were capable of falling in love, having children/being parents and went through some of the same hurts and triumphs we all did. There have been quite a few that ended their journey before they near to be old through drug and alcohol abuse which made me more angry than sad and some through accidents and some through illness.
Now that I am definitely older and I think wiser I am more aware of the entertainers I grew up with when they pass on. Like the Jim Morrison book says Nobody here gets out alive and since none of the entertainers then or now are death resistant I am more acclimated to hearing that a star I listened to then or even still is now hanging with the real stars up above.
