Just a Word or Two On France


I am at a loss for words for what took place in France, not surprised but I am saddened maybe even fearful.  I am well aware that all sorts of crap goes on in other countries that either their government or our government keeps from the open media. I don’t follow politics or keep on the heels of the latest and greatest terror groups that are hell bent on making the rest of the world bow down to them. The last thing I want for them is their day in the sun.

  When 9-11 shook this country down it really opened my eyes and left me wondering. The knee jerk response back then was to retaliate and we did. In my mind and heart though I felt it was a waste of time even if we took out the main target and a handful of the leading organization of haters, like cockroaches many more would be waiting in the dark to torment us or any country that associated with The United States. Since 9-11 that has been proven true, quite a few times. High five to all the military from all the countries that took part in snubbing out the vermin but now we have a meaner breed that has shown everyone that they are not playing around. Still feel safe? You really shouldn’t.

   What saddens me, is not the just the loss of innocent lives due to a bunch of heartless irrationals but that quite a  few of the recruits in that band of cockroaches were from other countries and the main perpetrator always seems to be from that country where the killings are making a statement and yes lots of former Americans jumping on that dark wagon. I am not an alarmist or a doomsday bandwagon jumper just seeing things in a shade of real. 

   Sorry France that you had to go through that. It really sucks that there are people out there that are so sick and twisted  and have no value for human life.  Thoughts and prayers go out to you all.

Swallowing an Elephant

You know that joke/riddle How do you eat an elephant? A-One bite at a time. For most that seems to be the most logical. The elephant is quite large and nobody can just pop one in their mouth but oddly enough there are people out there that want you to over tax your system trying to get one down in one bite. Apparently, there are some lucky individuals out there who can unhinge their jaw and eat an elephant in one or two tries so that sets the bar for everyone else. Breathing

When someone asks me how I am I usually respond with okay which means nothing bad or good is going on. When things aren’t so okay I reply with “I’m barely breathing” which means I’m highly stressed out over something. When I listen to meditation videos they always start out with deep breathing, at first, I thought it was kind of silly to concentrate so much on breathing. I also started to notice my breathing when I was stressed out or intensely involved in something. I have two destructive breathing patterns that take place, I either over breath or shallow breathe; sometimes I even subconsciously hold my breath. None of the three poor breathing methods make a happy functioning body. It’s funny to have to learn how to breath properly because it’s something we do automatically.    With some unknown allergies or on and off sinus issues I already face upper repertory struggles at times.
