ATTENTION BLOGSPOT FAMILY AND FRIENDS. I HAVE AN EXCITING ANNOUCEMENT!!!!!!


A couple months ago I was franticly searching to find a decent job. I was getting interviews but not the job. Out of frustration I contacted an online psychic , yes you read that right. I was told I was applying to jobs that didn’t match who I was, which I already knew but bills need to be paid. She told me I needed to be in a creative field and I suddenly cried out with conviction that I am a writer. She told me to check into Amazon and she even gave me a dollar amount how much I would make if I wrote a book. I swiftly went to Amazon because I have heard success stories just never knew how to navigate my way through.

Since I had a lot of time on my hands and the will, I sat down and wrote a book. It took me a month to write and almost two months to pull together through Create Space who worked with me in editing and getting the cover and write up. It has felt like for ever since I finished writing it but it is now available on

www.createspace.com/4695243 and will be available on amazon.com hopefully next week

Swallowing an Elephant

You know that joke/riddle How do you eat an elephant? A-One bite at a time. For most that seems to be the most logical. The elephant is quite large and nobody can just pop one in their mouth but oddly enough there are people out there that want you to over tax your system trying to get one down in one bite. Breathing

When someone asks me how I am I usually respond with okay which means nothing bad or good is going on. When things aren’t so okay I reply with “I’m barely breathing” which means I’m highly stressed out over something. When I listen to meditation videos they always start out with deep breathing, at first, I thought it was kind of silly to concentrate so much on breathing. I also started to notice my breathing when I was stressed out or intensely involved in something. I have two destructive breathing patterns that take place, I either over breath or shallow breathe; sometimes I even subconsciously hold my breath. None of the three poor breathing methods make a happy functioning body.
